Hey love! I’m Monajia Medlin, the founder of M3W Body Shop — a young, passionate African American woman from Hartford, CT who turned her personal skin struggles into a purpose-driven business rooted in healing, glow, and self-love.

For years, I battled eczema, dry skin, and sensitive skin, constantly bouncing between products that never truly helped. Out of frustration and a desire for something better, I began creating my own all-natural formulas — and the results were life-changing. That journey led me to build M3W Body Shop from scratch, with love and intention in every product.

I’m not just a beauty lover — I’m a boss in the making. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Business Management. I’m also the hands behind Klawz by Mo, my nail tech brand where I bring bold, beautiful nail artistry to life. Beauty, self-care, and creativity are in everything I do.

Being my own boss was never a maybe — it was always the plan. And through both M3W Body Shop and Klawz by Mo, I’ve created more than just services and skincare. I’ve built a space where confidence is nourished, beauty is celebrated, and natural care always comes first.
